The property is very close to Sutai Muay Thai, making it a great option for training stays. 7-Eleven is just about a 10–12 minute walk, while Tops Daily can be reached in roughly 2-3 minutes drive. A variety of local restaurants and cafés are also nearby and easily accessible by walking. Bang Tao Beach is only a 2–3 minute walk, and Surin Beach is approximately 3–5 minutes by car or motorbike, offering access to dining, shopping, and beautiful beaches along the way.
- NO SMOKING inside the property. A charge of THB10,000 for extra cleaning will be made for each instance that smoking identified.
- Please do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony railings, please use a drying rack.

- Please only park your motorbike & cars at a designated parking areas.
- It is advised that toilet paper, sanitary items and other trash items are not deposited in the toilet. Please discard them in the bin.
- NO PETS allowed inside the property.
Guests can enter the apartment using a secure digital door lock with a personal door code, which will be provided prior to arrival. You will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. In addition, guests are welcome to enjoy shared facilities, including the swimming pool, fitness gym, and on‑site parking, all available during your stay.
